Our commitment to you does not end at delivery! Authorized items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from when they were shipped, with some exceptions noted in our policy below.
Merchandise Returns, Replacement and Refund Policy
Our policies may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement and reflected on our website. All returns must be accompanied by the original documents in good condition as sent to the customer. Any return of a diamond made without the original diamond grading report will be subject to a $250 or more replacement fee. Please note, all insurance replacements are not covered through our Return policy.
Some jewelry and/or diamond item(s) may not qualify for a return per our policy. In addition, due to the rarity and uniqueness of some of the loose diamonds we offer online, they may not qualify under our normal return/exchange policy and may be subject to a final sale.
While FinNiche Jewels is happy to try and accommodate rush orders, a 10% restocking fee will be charged should the order be returned for any reason. The fee can be used as a credit towards any exchange or for a future order and never expires.
Returns are allowed up to 15 days on specific items with the exceptions noted below.

- Specific categories of Diamonds and jewelry purchased may not be returned for credit, but can be exchanged within 15 days with a FinNiche Merchandise Authorization.
- Custom orders and sized or engraved jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation. Engraved or customized jewelry items may not be returned.
- Specific pre-ordered Diamonds or made to order Jewelry purchased may not be returned for credit or replacement.
- Special orders and are final sale and are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return or Refund?
Returns without a FinNiche Merchandise Authorization (FMA) will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing packaging, paperwork or missing/invalid product or damage will not be processed.
