Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Authorized items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from when they were shipped.
Returns without a FinNiche Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing packaging, paperwork or missing/invalid product or damage will not be processed.

Non-Refundable Items
- Specific categories of Diamonds and jewelry purchased may not be returned for credit, or can be exchanged within 15 days with a FinNiche Merchandise Authorization.
- Custom orders and sized or engraved jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.
What cannot be returned within 15 days?
Engraved or customized jewelry items may not be returned. Specific Diamonds and Jewelry purchased may not be returned for credit. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
